# Socialista > The go-to hub for marketing. Create UGC ads, statics, slideshows, and video, then publish, schedule, and measure every channel from one place. Canonical site: https://socialista.app. Contact: hello@socialista.app. Publishes to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and X. Start free, no credit card. Checkout shows live credits, seats, and connected-account limits — this file does not invent a price. Socialista is not an ads manager. Paid campaigns stay in Meta Ads Manager or the native ads tool. Analytics on this product are organic reach and engagement for connected accounts. Index: https://socialista.app/llms.txt. ## About You bring the product. Socialista brings the creator, the edit, and the calendar. Socialista is where the creative gets made and where it gets queued. You save a brand and a product. You pick an AI creator. You generate the formats a feed actually uses: talking UGC with the offer in frame, static ads, slideshows, images, and short video. Captions are written per account. The queue covers Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and X. After a post goes live, reach and engagement sit next to the creative, so the next one can start from what already moved. The usual path is a creator brief, a film day, an edit, a scheduler, and a spreadsheet. Most teams shipping a product do not have that week. They have a SKU, a screenshot, or a launch — and a calendar that is already behind. Solo founders, stores, product teams, agencies, and creators. The tools stay the same. The week does not. ## Features **Create.** The creative itself: a reusable AI creator, UGC with the product in frame, faceless slideshows, static ads, images, and short video. Start from a product you saved, a template, or a clip you already like. **Publish & measure.** Connect Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and X. Write a caption for each account, queue the week, then read reach and engagement beside the posts you shipped. This is organic. Paid campaigns stay in the ads manager. ### AI Influencer Generator [Open the guide](https://socialista.app/features/ai-influencers) Create a photoreal creator, save them in the workspace, and use that same person on UGC, images, and static ads. Thursday can ask for a face without a new booking. #### The empty slot is usually a face You already know what the post should say. The hook is written, the product is on the desk, and the calendar says tomorrow. What you do not have is someone who can be on camera again, looking like the person who posted on Monday. An AI influencer is that person, defined once. You set the look and the energy, save the creator to the workspace, and bring them back for the next [UGC clip](https://socialista.app/features/ai-ugc-video), still, or [static ad](https://socialista.app/features/ai-meta-ads). The feed reads as one creator who showed up all week. #### Before you build a roster - **Your own footage still belongs.** A shoot you already like can be uploaded, captioned, and scheduled. The AI creator covers the days you do not film. - **Faceless formats stay faceless.** Slideshows do not require a creator. Use them when a face would compete with the slides. - **The workspace owns what you generate.** Creators and the files you make with them live in the workspace. Export them, or schedule them to the accounts you connect. #### FAQ **What is an AI influencer generator?** It creates a photoreal creator you can reuse. You define the look and vibe, save them to the workspace, and place that same person in UGC, images, and static ads. **Do I have to use an AI face for every post?** No. Slideshows, static ads, and your own footage work without a creator. The generator is there when you want a reusable persona. **Can I make a custom creator?** Yes. You can create and save AI creators in the studio and reuse them across UGC and stills. **Can my team use the same creator?** Yes. Creators are saved to the workspace library, so teammates pick the same persona instead of rebuilding one. **Who owns the likeness?** Your workspace owns the creative you generate. Export it or schedule it from Socialista. **Does this replace a human creator?** It covers the posts you would otherwise reshoot or leave blank. You can still upload your own footage and publish it from the same studio. ### AI UGC Video Generator [Open the guide](https://socialista.app/features/ai-ugc-video) Generate a talking-head clip with your product in frame. Product-in-hand, show-your-app, and unboxing are the formats. Edit the captions, then schedule the post or export the file. #### The clip that looks filmed is the one people stop for People scroll past a glossy packshot and stop for a person holding the thing. That clip used to mean a creator, a brief, a shipping label, and a week you do not have. A lot of calendars go out with a product photo because the alternative was “wait.” AI UGC video starts from a creator, your product, and a hook. Socialista generates a vertical clip in the formats short-form already uses: product in hand, show your app, or unboxing. You fix the on-screen caption in the same studio, then [schedule it](https://socialista.app/features/social-scheduling) or download it for a paid campaign you run elsewhere. #### What this clip is, and is not - **Organic from here, ads elsewhere.** Schedule the clip to a connected account, or export it. Budgets, audiences, and ROAS stay in Meta, TikTok, or whichever ads manager you use. - **Talking-head and product-in-hand.** Faceless carousels are slideshows. Template recreations and your own footage live in the video studio. This page is the UGC formats. - **You can still film.** Upload a clip you shot. The generator is for the posts you would otherwise leave blank. #### FAQ **What is an AI UGC video generator?** It makes short-form talking-head video from a creator, your product, and a hook. Socialista includes product-in-hand, show-your-app, and unboxing formats, plus captions and a path to schedule the post. **Do I need to film anything?** No. Socialista generates the UGC from your product and brief. You can still upload your own clips when you want. **Which aspect ratios are supported?** The studio targets vertical social and ad sizes. Export when you need a file for paid campaigns elsewhere. **Can I post the UGC from Socialista?** Yes. Connect Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, or X and schedule the organic post after the clip is ready. **Can I use this video as a paid ad?** Export the file and upload it in Meta, TikTok, or another ads manager. Socialista does not launch campaigns into ad accounts. **How is UGC different from the video studio?** UGC is talking-head and product-in-hand formats with AI creators. The video studio covers template-based and recreated short-form clips, plus your own footage. ### AI Slideshows Generator [Open the guide](https://socialista.app/features/ai-slideshows) Build a carousel in one studio: the hook, the words on each slide, and the caption. No camera. Schedule it to TikTok, Instagram, and the other accounts that support the format. #### Some of the best posts have no face in them A tip, a list, a before-and-after, three things you changed. Those posts do not need a creator. They need a first slide that earns the swipe and a last slide that pays it off. Most teams build that across a notes app, a design file, and a caption box, then lose the thread. A slideshow in Socialista is that sequence in one place. You outline the story, write or generate the line on each slide, and set the caption. Pair the slides with product shots, brand assets, or [images from the studio](https://socialista.app/features/ai-images). Then [queue the post](https://socialista.app/features/social-scheduling) the way you would a video. #### Before you build a carousel - **Built for swipe feeds.** TikTok and Instagram carousels are the home for this. Schedule it wherever a connected account supports the format. - **Your images are welcome.** Product shots and brand assets go in the flow. So do stills you generate in the studio. - **Sound stays in the native app.** Socialista delivers the slides and the caption. When the network supplies the music library, you add the track there. #### FAQ **What is an AI slideshow generator?** It builds faceless slideshows and carousels in one studio: the hook, the copy on each slide, and the caption. You export the file or schedule it to a connected account. **Is this only for TikTok?** Slideshows are built for short-form swipe feeds. You can schedule them wherever your connected accounts support the format, including Instagram. **Can I use my own images?** Yes. Bring product shots and brand assets into the slideshow flow, or pair slides with images you generate in the studio. **Does Socialista add music?** You finish the creative in the studio and export or publish. Platform music libraries stay in each app when you post natively. **Can I schedule a slideshow?** Yes. Queue it like any other post, with a caption per connected account, from the same calendar. **Do I need an AI creator for slideshows?** No. Slideshows are faceless. Use them on days you do not want a talking-head, and use the AI influencer generator when you do. ### AI Meta Ads Templates [Open the guide](https://socialista.app/features/ai-meta-ads) Turn one product photo into a static frame with the headline and the call to action still readable. Export it for Ads Manager. Socialista makes the creative. You launch the campaign. #### The offer has to survive a thumb A careful product photo often fails as an ad because the offer lives in a caption people never open. On a paid placement, the headline and the button have to live in the picture. A packshot dropped on an empty square is how a lot of accounts spend the first week learning that. Static templates in Socialista start from a layout that keeps the offer, the headline, and the call to action in one frame. You bring the bottle, the app screenshot, or the product photo you already have. You generate variants, then download the stills and upload them where you buy media. #### Before you export a frame - **Ads Manager stays Ads Manager.** Socialista does not create campaigns, set budgets, or report return on ad spend. You upload the file where you buy the media. - **You still need a real offer.** Templates hold the layout. They do not invent a price, a promise, or a reason to tap. Bring those with the photo. - **Different from a lifestyle still.** [Image templates](https://socialista.app/features/ai-images) are for feed and lifestyle frames. Statics are the ones with the headline and call to action baked into the picture. #### FAQ **Does this replace Meta Ads Manager?** No. Socialista makes the static creative. You upload or connect ads in Meta, TikTok, or wherever you buy media. **What do I need to start?** A product photo you already have—a bottle, an app screenshot, or a SKU shot—and the offer you want in the headline and CTA. **Do I need a designer?** No. Templates carry the structure. You supply the product and the offer. **Can I use statics in organic posts?** Yes. Schedule image posts to connected accounts or export the file. **How is this different from AI image generation?** Image templates cover feed and lifestyle stills. Static ads use conversion-focused layouts with the headline and CTA baked into the frame. **Can I pair a static with a UGC clip?** Yes. Both live in the workspace library, so you can schedule the still and the video as separate posts from the same calendar. ### AI Image Generation [Open the guide](https://socialista.app/features/ai-images) Start from a template built for social, not an empty box. Product shots and lifestyle frames stay in the workspace, ready for a post, a slideshow, or the photo behind a static ad. #### A blank prompt is a slow way to get a still “Make it look expensive” is not a brief. Teams lose an afternoon nudging a prompt, then post a frame that does not match the product or the channel. The next post starts from zero again. Image generation in Socialista starts from a template: a shot style that already fits a feed or an ad. You swap the product and the copy. Brands and products saved in the workspace carry into the next generation, so you are not retyping the offer every time you need another frame. #### Before you generate a frame - **Templates, not a blank box.** You browse layouts built for social and ads, then change the product and the copy. - **Shared with the workspace.** Generations and uploads live in the library your team already uses. - **Models follow the plan.** The studio shows which models a plan includes. Start free, and upgrade when you need more capacity. #### FAQ **Is this separate from static ads?** Image templates cover feed and lifestyle stills. Static ads use conversion-focused layouts with headline and CTA baked in. **Which models power images?** Paid plans include the model catalog shown in the studio. Start free and upgrade when you need more capacity. **Can my team share outputs?** Yes. Generations and uploads live in the workspace library. **Can I use these images in a slideshow?** Yes. Generate the still, then bring it into the slideshow flow with your product shots and brand assets. **Do I need a prompt-writing background?** No. You start from a template built for social or ads, then swap the product and the copy. **Can I schedule an image post?** Yes. Connect an account and queue the still, with a caption for that channel, from the same studio. ### AI Video Generation [Open the guide](https://socialista.app/features/ai-videos) Start from a studio template or a reference clip, then trim and caption in the editor. This is short-form for the channels you connect, including footage you upload yourself. #### You already know which videos feel native The hard part of short-form is rarely “make a video exist.” It is matching a format people already watch: the pacing, the on-screen line, the cut before the hook gets bored. A blank timeline does not tell you any of that. The video studio starts from a template or a reference clip you already like. You generate, then trim and caption before anyone sees it. Finished files sit in the same library as [UGC](https://socialista.app/features/ai-ugc-video) and [slideshows](https://socialista.app/features/ai-slideshows), and they [schedule](https://socialista.app/features/social-scheduling) the same way. #### Before you open the editor - **UGC is a different door.** Talking-head and product-in-hand with AI creators are the UGC studio. Here you recreate short-form, start from a template, or cut your own footage. - **Captions live in the editor.** You do not need a separate caption tool to make the hook readable before you export or queue the post. - **Short-form channels.** Publish to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and X. This flow is not a long-form YouTube publisher. #### FAQ **Is this the same as UGC?** UGC is talking-head and product-in-hand formats with AI creators. Video generation covers template-based and recreated short-form clips in the video studio. **Can I upload my own footage?** Yes. Bring clips into the editor, caption them, and schedule. **Does it post to YouTube long-form?** Socialista focuses on short-form social channels you connect: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and X. **Can I start from a video I already like?** Yes. Use a studio template or a reference clip as the brief, then trim and caption the result. **Where do finished videos go?** They live in the workspace library with your UGC, slideshows, and images, ready to export or schedule. **Do I need a separate caption tool?** No. On-screen text is edited in the same studio before you export or queue the post. ### Social Media Scheduling [Open the guide](https://socialista.app/features/social-scheduling) Connect Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and X. One creative, a caption written for each account, and a week view so tomorrow is not a surprise. #### The creative is done. Publishing is still a chore. Making the video and publishing the video are usually two jobs in two tools. You export, open the native app, retype a caption that does not fit, forget LinkedIn, and find out on Friday that Thursday never went out. Scheduling in Socialista is the second half of the studio. The UGC clip, slideshow, still, or short video is already in the library. You connect the accounts, write the line that fits each one, and pick the time. Post now if it is ready. Park it if the week needs a plan. #### Before you connect a channel - **Six networks, organic posts.** Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and X. Each account connects from the workspace. - **Paid campaigns stay outside.** Scheduling publishes organic posts. Export the creative if the destination is an ads manager. - **Each network still has rules.** You can edit and reschedule before a post goes live, inside what that platform allows. #### FAQ **Which networks can I schedule to?** Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and X. You connect each account with OAuth from the workspace. **Can I write a different caption per channel?** Yes. The creative stays in one place. Copy is tuned for each connected account before you queue the post. **Can I edit after scheduling?** Reschedule and update posts from the calendar before they go live, within what each platform allows. **Does Socialista buy ads?** No. Scheduling is for organic posts to connected accounts. Export creatives if you run paid elsewhere. **Can I post immediately?** Yes. Publish as soon as the creative is ready, or schedule it for later in the week. **Do teammates share the same calendar?** Yes. People in the workspace share the connected accounts and the posts queued to them. ### Social Media Analytics [Open the guide](https://socialista.app/features/social-analytics) Reach and engagement for each account you connect, next to the posts you shipped from the studio. Organic numbers, read where the creative already lives. #### A spike you cannot find again is just a nice week A lot of teams screenshot insights, paste them in a doc, and still cannot remember which hook it was. The number and the file live in different places, so the next post is a guess with confidence. Analytics in Socialista reads reach and engagement on the profiles you connect. The figures sit beside the posts and generations from the studio. When something moves, you are already in the workspace that can [remix the clip](https://socialista.app/features/ai-ugc-video) or [queue a follow-up](https://socialista.app/features/social-scheduling). #### What the numbers cover - **Reach and engagement.** That is the report: organic performance on each connected profile. Paid return on ad spend stays in the ads manager. - **The workspace shares it.** Teammates see publishing and analytics for the accounts you connect. - **History follows the plan.** Account and history limits are shown at checkout. The page reports what the connected accounts actually return. #### FAQ **What does Socialista analytics measure?** Reach and engagement on the social accounts you connect and publish to. It is organic performance for those profiles, not a paid ads dashboard. **Do I need a paid plan for analytics?** Analytics are available for connected accounts in the workspace. Plan limits for accounts and history are shown at checkout. **Does this replace Meta Ads reporting?** No. Socialista reports on organic posts to connected social profiles, not paid campaigns in ad accounts. **Can my team see the same numbers?** Teammates in the workspace share publishing and analytics for the accounts you connect. **Which accounts show up?** The ones you connect: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and X. Metrics appear after you publish or schedule from Socialista. **Can I export a spreadsheet of ad ROAS?** No. There is no ad-account ROAS report. Use each ads manager for paid results, and Socialista for the organic accounts you connected. ## Industries ### Shopify & E-commerce [Shopify & E-commerce](https://socialista.app/industries/ecommerce) — Shopify, WooCommerce, and DTC catalogs Paste a Shopify, WooCommerce, or standard product URL. Each comparison names its source URL. If a competitor page moved, treat that page as the live source. ### Socialista vs Arcads [Full comparison](https://socialista.app/compare/arcads) Arcads is built around a large talking-actor library. Socialista makes the UGC, then schedules it to accounts you connect. Pick Arcads when the actor library, emotion control, and translation are the job, and publishing already lives in Buffer, native apps, or an ads manager. Pick Socialista when the next step after the clip is a scheduled organic post, and you want to start without a card. **Choose Socialista when:** - You need the talking UGC and the scheduled post in one workspace. - You want a creator you can reuse on stills and static ads, not only on the clip. - You want to start free and see paid plans at checkout. **Choose Arcads when:** - The actor roster is the buying reason: 1,000+ AI people, plus a custom avatar. - You need emotion control and translation in more than 30 languages. - Someone else already owns scheduling, or you only deliver files. ### Socialista vs MakeUGC [Full comparison](https://socialista.app/compare/makeugc) MakeUGC sells generation credits for AI UGC and images. When you register, we collect information such as your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), profile photo, timezone, and workspace membership details. If you sign in with a third-party identity provider (such as Google, GitHub, or X/Twitter), we receive profile elements that provider shares with us according to your consent on that provider. Billing and transaction information. If you purchase a paid plan, our payment partner (currently Polar) processes payment card or wallet details and billing metadata. We receive subscription status, plan tier, invoices, tax identifiers you provide, and transaction history—not full payment card numbers. Customer Content and workspace data. We process content you upload or create, including images, videos, audio, text prompts, brand guidelines, product catalogs, skills, influencer configurations, scheduled posts, publishing settings, and collaboration data within workspaces and projects. Connected Account and platform data. When you connect social channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, or LinkedIn), we collect OAuth tokens, account identifiers, display names, profile metadata, publishing permissions, and—depending on the connection—post performance metrics, audience summaries, and content required to publish on your behalf. We access only the data needed to provide the features you enable. Usage Data. We automatically collect device and log information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, feature usage, referral URLs, crash reports, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookies section. Communications. If you contact support, request a demo, or subscribe to marketing emails, we process the content of your messages, your contact details, and related metadata. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as government ID numbers, precise health data, or biometric templates for identification) unless you voluntarily include them in Customer Content or we are legally required to process them. ### Sources of information - Directly from you when you create an account, configure the studio, upload media, connect accounts, or communicate with us. - Automatically through cookies, logs, and similar technologies when you use the Services. - From authentication and social platform partners when you choose to connect those services. - From payment processors and fraud-prevention providers when you make purchases. - From service providers that host infrastructure, deliver email, run background jobs, or provide AI inference on our behalf. - From other members of your workspace when they invite you or share content with you. ### How we use personal information We use personal information for the following purposes, depending on your relationship with us and the features you use: - Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services, including authentication, workspace collaboration, media storage, scheduling, and publishing. - Generate, edit, and deliver AI-assisted creatives and captions based on your instructions and Customer Content. - Process subscriptions, credits, usage limits, taxes, and billing disputes. - Connect to third-party platforms at your direction to publish content and display analytics. - Monitor performance, debug errors, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, and protect the rights and safety of users and the public. - Communicate with you about the Services, including transactional messages, security alerts, and—with your consent or as permitted by law—marketing. - Improve and develop the Services, including training tuning, quality evaluation, and feature research using aggregated or de-identified data where possible. - Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not use Customer Content to train generalized third-party foundation models for unrelated products unless we clearly disclose that practice and obtain any consent required by law. We may use subprocessors and model providers to process prompts and media solely to deliver the feature you request. ### Legal bases for processing (EEA, UK, and Switzerland) If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we process personal data only when we have a valid legal basis: - Contract: processing necessary to provide the Services you request, including account creation, content generation, publishing, and billing. - Legitimate interests: securing the Services, improving features, preventing fraud, and marketing to business users in a balanced way that respects your rights. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests as described in Your rights. - Consent: where required for optional cookies, certain marketing, or connecting third-party accounts when consent is the appropriate basis. - Legal obligation: complying with tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and regulatory requirements. ### AI and automated processing Socialista uses automated systems, including machine learning models operated by us and our infrastructure partners, to generate and transform content, transcribe audio, analyze brand context, and suggest captions or hooks. Outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before publishing. Inputs you provide (prompts, product details, media, and brand settings) may be transmitted to subprocessors for inference, storage, and delivery. We implement contractual and technical safeguards designed to limit use to providing the Services. Where applicable law grants rights related to automated decision-making, you may contact us to request human review of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Our core creative tools do not typically make such decisions about individuals without human involvement. ### How we share personal information We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws, except as disclosed here or with your direction. We may share personal information with: - Service providers and subprocessors that host our application, store media, send email (such as Resend), process payments (Polar), run background jobs (such as Trigger.dev), provide AI inference, analytics, customer support tools, and security monitoring—bound by confidentiality and data processing terms. - Connected social and identity platforms when you authorize publishing, analytics, or sign-in. - Other members of your workspace according to your permissions and workspace settings. - Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, insurers) under confidentiality obligations. - Authorities, regulators, or parties to litigation when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and integrity. - Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy or successor notice. We may publish aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you. ### Social platform connections When you connect a social account, you instruct us to exchange data with that platform’s APIs. Data we receive may include account identifiers, access tokens, content you choose to publish, and performance metrics. We store tokens securely and refresh or revoke them according to platform rules and your disconnect actions. Publishing on your behalf occurs only when you schedule or approve posts (or enable automation features you configure). You remain responsible for complying with each platform’s terms, community standards, and advertising policies. If you disconnect an account, we delete or deactivate associated tokens within a reasonable period, subject to backup retention and legal holds. ### Cookies and similar technologies We and our partners use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure OAuth flows, measure usage, and improve the Services. - Strictly necessary: authentication sessions, security tokens, load balancing, and fraud prevention. These are required for core functionality. - Functional: timezone, UI preferences, and workspace context. - Analytics: understanding feature adoption and diagnosing errors. Where required, we request consent before setting non-essential analytics cookies. You can control cookies through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from using parts of the Services. Where we use consent banners, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. ### Data retention We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. - Account data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterward to allow reactivation and backup integrity. - Customer Content and Generated Content are retained according to your workspace settings and product features (including exports and deletions you initiate). - Billing records may be kept longer where required for tax and accounting law. - Logs and security records are retained for a shorter operational window unless needed for incident investigation. When you delete content or close an account, we delete or de-identify information within a commercially reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or permitted for legitimate backup, audit, or security purposes. ### Security We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, secrets management, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and workspace access. Notify us promptly at [hello@socialista.app](mailto:hello@socialista.app) if you believe your account has been compromised. ### International data transfers We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These locations may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to countries not recognized as providing adequate protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or other lawful mechanisms, supplemented by technical and organizational measures where appropriate. You may request a copy of relevant transfer safeguards by contacting [hello@socialista.app](mailto:hello@socialista.app). ### Your privacy rights Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email [hello@socialista.app](mailto:hello@socialista.app) with sufficient information to verify your identity and describe your request. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, with proof of authority. We may deny requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or where we are permitted or required to retain data. We will explain the basis for any denial when required. ### U.S. state privacy notices Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and recipients; to delete personal information; to correct inaccuracies; and to opt out of certain processing. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a "limit the use" right under CPRA, except as permitted by law. Categories collected in the preceding 12 months may include identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, audio/visual information in Customer Content, professional information related to your business use, and inferences used to improve the Services. We collect these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in this policy. California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of covered information. We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. You may still contact us with questions. ### Children's privacy The Services are not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to information services without parental approval). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact [hello@socialista.app](mailto:hello@socialista.app) and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. ### Third-party links and integrations The Services may contain links to third-party websites, plugins, or integrations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information to third parties. ### Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services, by email, or by other reasonable means. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, except where further consent is required by law. ### Contact Questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices: [hello@socialista.app](mailto:hello@socialista.app). Website: [https://socialista.app](https://socialista.app). ## Terms of Service The agreement governing your access to Socialista’s AI content studio, workspace collaboration, subscriptions, and social publishing features. Effective October 3, 2026. Last updated October 3, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the entity operating Socialista ("Socialista," "we," "us," or "our") governing access to and use of our website at [https://socialista.app](https://socialista.app), applications, APIs, and related products (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our [Privacy Policy](https://socialista.app/privacy). If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes the organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services. ### Eligibility and accounts You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to enter a binding contract without parental consent) and capable of forming a binding contract. You may not use the Services if you are barred under applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account for violation of these Terms. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [hello@socialista.app](mailto:hello@socialista.app) if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspaces may have multiple members. Workspace owners and administrators control invitations, roles, and billing. You are responsible for how your organization configures access and for actions taken by users you authorize. ### The Services Socialista provides tools to create, edit, and manage marketing and social content—including AI-assisted UGC-style video, static ads, slideshows, images, captions, and related assets—and to schedule and publish content to connected social channels, subject to feature availability in your plan. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. Beta or experimental features may be offered "as is," may be less reliable, and may be modified or withdrawn without notice. The Services depend on third-party platforms (social networks, identity providers, payment processors, cloud infrastructure, and AI model providers). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, API limits, or account actions taken by those platforms. ### Subscriptions, credits, and billing Paid plans, credits, usage limits, and seat counts are described on our pricing pages and in-product. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor (currently Polar) to charge applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts using your selected payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. Credits and promotional allowances may expire, be non-transferable, and are consumed when you run generations or other metered features. We may change pricing, plans, and metering with advance notice where required; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing for renewal periods. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase other than taxes based on our net income. If payment fails, we may suspend access until amounts are paid. ### Acceptable use You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to, and not to permit others to: - Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, and anti-spam rules. - Upload, generate, publish, or promote content that is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, exploitative, deceptive, or that depicts non-consensual intimate imagery or minors in sexual contexts. - Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent affiliation, or create synthetic personas intended to deceive consumers without appropriate disclosure where required by law or platform policy. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our or third-party systems; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities; or interfere with operation or security. - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying models except where prohibited restrictions are unenforceable by law. - Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services except through documented APIs we expressly permit. - Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services as a standalone offering to third parties without our written agreement. - Circumvent usage limits, credit meters, or access controls. We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We may remove content, disable publishing, or suspend or terminate accounts without liability if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose risk to the Services or others. ### Customer Content and Generated Content "Customer Content" means materials you or your workspace submit to the Services, including prompts, media, brand data, posts, and scheduling instructions. "Generated Content" means outputs produced by the Services based on your inputs and settings. As between you and Socialista, you retain ownership of Customer Content and, to the extent permitted by law, Generated Content, subject to third-party rights in underlying materials and platform terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit Customer Content and to use Generated Content as you intend, including for advertising and publication. You grant Socialista a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical formatting), display, and distribute Customer Content and Generated Content solely to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy. This license survives termination only as needed for backup retention, legal compliance, and disputes, after which we will delete or de-identify content per our retention practices. You are solely responsible for reviewing Generated Content for accuracy, legality, and suitability before use or publication. AI outputs may be incorrect, biased, or infringe third-party rights. Socialista does not guarantee that Generated Content will be unique, error-free, or approved by any platform. ### Connected accounts and publishing When you connect social or advertising accounts, you authorize us to access and use platform data and to publish content on your behalf according to your instructions. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s terms and policies. You are responsible for disclosures, endorsements, sponsored content labels, and compliance with advertising and consumer protection laws in every jurisdiction where your content is shown. Automated or scheduled publishing does not shift this responsibility to Socialista. We may limit or disable publishing features if a platform revokes access, changes API terms, or if we detect abuse or security risk. ### Socialista intellectual property The Services, including software, design, trademarks, documentation, and proprietary workflows, are owned by Socialista or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation. ### Copyright complaints We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to [hello@socialista.app](mailto:hello@socialista.app) including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. ### Confidentiality Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the Services. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public through no fault of the recipient, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without duty of confidentiality. ### Disclaimers THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIALISTA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that Generated Content will meet your requirements, or that publishing will succeed on every platform. You use AI features at your own risk. ### Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER SOCIALISTA NOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SOCIALISTA FOR THE SERVICES IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. ### Indemnification You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Socialista and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your Customer Content, Generated Content, or published materials; (b) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law; (c) your connected accounts or campaigns; or (d) any dispute between you and a third party in connection with your use of the Services. ### Suspension and termination You may stop using the Services at any time and may cancel subscriptions through account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, if payment is overdue, or if continued provision creates risk to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive termination. We may provide reasonable opportunity to export Customer Content before deletion, subject to technical feasibility and your plan features. ### Dispute resolution and governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [hello@socialista.app](mailto:hello@socialista.app) and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If informal resolution fails, either party may bring claims in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there, except where prohibited by applicable law. If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory local forum or mediation rights, nothing in this section limits rights you cannot waive by contract. YOU AND SOCIALISTA WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH WAIVER IS PROHIBITED. ### Export and sanctions You may not use or export the Services except as authorized by U.S. law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Services are used. You represent that you are not located in, under control of, or a national or resident of any country or person subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions. ### Changes to these Terms We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Services, by email, or by other reasonable means. The updated Terms become effective on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services. ### General provisions These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order forms or plan-specific terms referenced at purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Socialista regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on the same subject. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created by these Terms. Notices to Socialista must be sent to [hello@socialista.app](mailto:hello@socialista.app). We may provide notices to the email associated with your account. ### Contact Questions about these Terms or the Services: [hello@socialista.app](mailto:hello@socialista.app).
